The single worst and incredibly hilarious thing one could do as a Wakfu fan to someone who has never seen the show in their life, I think, is to tell them about how awesome this nice old man of a character named Qilby is and how he helps the heroes of Wakfu defeat evil and is generally the best person ever and then sit down and watch their reaction to the Qilby and Adamai scene.

Because boy, if that isn’t a piece of expert trolling, I have no idea what is.

i’ve had a couple of similar reactions in multifandom roleplay with people who don’t know the canon, playing him like a nice old guy and having him make friends for over a year before doing a big villainous reveal
